..I made "papillote"..using rainbow trout fillets, thinly sliced potato, onion, cherry tomatoes, lemon, lemon juice, s&p, went a little too heavy on the lemon but it was still good,,

Early dinner at my DD. Battered Halibut, home fries and garden salad. She gave us a very generous 4 slices of Black Forest cake for dessert. Not all for tonight but i would love to.

Tonight I ordered from dominos. The mango habanero wings were pretty good. A little sweet and a little spicy but really saucy lol.

Not sure what it is but I really like the cooked chicken strips from walmart. I think they're like $8.00 for 12. I could zoom through all 12 in 2 mins if I didn't stop myself lol.

Bacon wrapped chicken and potatoes on the bbq. DW is going to boil mixed veggies and make salad in the house. I don't understand why i get the hard part grilling outside.

Was at metro tonight and bought their pre-cooked ready to go chicken strips. They were good but not as good as the walmart ones. About the same taste but at walmart you get 12 large ones for just under $8.00. At metro is by weight and I got 10 medium to large ones for just under $8.00. Also some potato salad to go with it.

KD, leftover bison roast, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix, home made baked beans (pulled from the freezer) with a glass of milk. Individual oatmeal chocolate chip cookie pizzas with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries for dessert.

Tomorrow's plan is chili in my new instant pot...still not comfortable with that thing. I'll be using my home made baked beans in the recipe. I'm making baking powder biscuits to go with it.
