What's For Dinner?

Chicken pieces baked with accent tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, carrots, green beans and Italian spices, Basmati rice and a small salad. Ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Tonight will be Chicken Parm Soup, I like to make it like French Onion soup, I put it in individual dishes top with cheese and bake.

hubby will be making his famous spaghetti and meatballs.

Rocky Mountain dry ribs (gee, they were good, nice flavour and juicy) (got them at GT for 4.99); Rice-a-Roni (I think my husband believes it just 'comes' with mixed vegetables, since I sneak in cooked peas, carrots, and corn. lol!); brussel sprouts.

Beautiful day so we are going to BBQ, Pork back ribs and potatoes, veggies in the same container. May go to DQ for dessert.

I suggested and Dh cooked fried perogies, fried garlic sausage from the butcher, boiled mixed veggies, sour cream, and a glass of milk.

Came home to a twice baked potato casserole and a lasagna style casserole but used spaghetti noodles instead of lasagna noodles
