    garlic and herb rice with mixed veggies and some leftover potato dressing on the side. Needed a break from the leftovers too...But will be having leftovers all weekend since I work and won't have time to cook! Plus I have enough rice leftover to throw some more mixed veggies with it and have lunch tomorrow at work

    DH took me to this amazing grill and saloon for dinner tonight instead of me cooking

    If anyone ever comes to Arizona and the san Tan Valley I HIGHLY suggest going to a place called San Tan Flat. I will try to post pics in the morning.

    DH took me out for dinner last night here in Florida. We relied on the advise of locals since we are not very familiar with this area. We went to a place named the Happy Pig Cafe. Had the BBQ pulled pork plate and dh had the baby back ribs. What can I say other than hmmmmm, I want some more. Great BBQ!

    Tonight I'm cooking and since it's going to be extremely hot today, I'm going to make a potatoe salad this morning and marinade some chicken breasts. Tonight the chicken goes on the barbie, serve it with the potato salad, fresh fruit and some nice cold, made myself from wonderful lemons, LEMONADE with mint.

    Here are some pics from San Tan Flat Saloon (they are the best I could do with my tiny camera

    You eat outside (or inside) in a semi circle around facing the entertainment with a dance floor in the middle and you have these fire pits roaring and you can get regular marshmellows or smores



    Today we went to Old Town Scottsdale and visited Cien Agaves Tacos and Tequila for lunch.
