Thank you, and every1 who sent their sympathies.
I'll tell you, losing 2 friends, 2 funerals in the same week is really hard.
The 2nd funeral is tomorrow, and I'm doing 1 of the 2 eulogies. It's been so hard to write. Every time I have a thought, I start crying. I'm just so very sad.
Honestly, I feel so 'down', I'm trying to snap out of it, but I can't, at least not yet.

hicks, I just can't imagine how hard and emotional this all is for you.

However difficult doing the eulogy is, it's also a privilege for you to do a tribute for your friend; your sadness can guide you...

God damned it @22hicks , really sorry to hear about the loss of your 2 friends. sending my condolences to you and their families and really hope you stay well and rejoice their lives.

It sure wont be easy day .. just think about your friend looking down from heaven and saying you go girl !! You can do one awesome eulogy and smiling back at you . Oh, @22hicks, I know how difficult it is losing friend is, having lost my very best friend after 25 years together...I miss her almost every single day, and also performed her memorial service for her famiy and friends.
I can just imagine how trying to compose a eulogy brings up so many memories and how that makes you miss her even more...I wish you all the best as you go through this most difficult process. You're a sweet, dear friend to do this for her and her family and friends when your heart hurts so much......

hi folks. Thank you for the kind words about my tooth appt.
Dentist trip was good, had both a top and bottom filling repaired on the same side....so gas first....then 2 needles.... and I was mellow until it was over. Felt kind of energetic afterwards so I went food shopping. It is always so comical asking for things when one side of your mouth ith sthtill frothen.

Once home I made up one pan of lasagna....honestly, I knew that would never be enough but I had no more
" oven ready noodles " and was too lazy to boil the other kind up.
So, I made sure I picked up some more oven ready noodles today when I was out, this of course after noticing the lasagna was nearly all gone.
DD and I constructed a 2nd ( and larger ) one just now ( it is baking!! )
The guys will be happy!!

I hear we have more ugly weather coming?? I am staying in if I can.
