What's For Dinner?

@metro found 8 small meat trays with pork riblets all marked down 30%....each pkg was between $1.00 and $2.00 before the discount. ( these will need to be cooked in my pressure cooker till all the meat falls away from the bones as they are weirdo shapes/thick ends, etc )
So total was $9.41 once the discounts were applied but I bought some other discounted produce items and then used my AM to get it all for free!

I very rarely eat Kraft Dinner anymore it is actually my go to I do not feel well food but I saw it in a flyer this morning and craved it all day and since I had to stop for Milk on the way home I grabbed Kraft Dinner as well.

We had a chicken and roast potato sheet dinner. Easy peasy.

This roast pan full of chili will be lunch, dinner and taken for work meals too until it is all eaten up. ( ha ha ) Had NO ground beef in the freezer when I went to start making it this morning! This was after I had soaked all my beans overnight, so I just ground up 1 and 1/2 bags of GT frozen Italian meatballs, also ground up the leftover pork riblet meat and tossed in all the veggies/spices and beans. I still swear by the pressure cooker method to cook/soften those beans....saves a ton of time.

Tonight will be BBQ steak, baked potatoes and veggies. DD will make peanut butter chocolate squares as it is DH's birthday.

Busy day for everyone so we thought it would be the easiest to just do Subway

BBq pork chops with potatoes also on the bbq but wrapped in foil with butter and onions. Veg will be whatever looks good at NoFrills when I go there later
