What's For Dinner?

Last night made DH his request....a perogi burger!
( well mashed spuds, with sharp cheddar and bits of green onion mixed through)
Just used the frozen GT sirloin patties, spread the mashed spud mixture on the bottom bun and added a small dab of sour cream on the burger. He loved it!
We had them and some nice fresh cut veggie sticks, while watching the hockey game.

Sounds interesting! I may have to make this for my man one night lol He would probably love it. Thanks!

Pizza on a cast iron griddle. AMAZING. The secret to awesome homemade pizza is apparently a decent amount of gluten flour (available at bulk barn) and cast iron! Bottom came out browned and crunchy and it actually had awesome texture this time.

Cast iron is so worth the time.

We made homemade pizza on the bbq last summer and it was so good. He grilled the chicken and peppers on the grill first. We were moaning and groaning in the backyard eating it (wine was involved) lol

..lots of leftovers from yesterday incl cabbage rolls, rice & ground beef!! so just need to push the buttons on the microwave this evening

Last night I made Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy, didn't really feel like a protein so I skipped it.

Tonight is still a mystery.

Wow its only Tuesday and my wife made oven pot roast with mashed potatoes and will probably put a can of corn on and she picked up a loaf of fresh bread

For a change, I have nothing on my plate today, so I think I'll actually do some cooking.
I have a craving for macaroni & cheese casserole, & will make a Caesar salad.
And, bake a lemon meringue pie for dessert.

Ohhhh 22hicks... did I hear lemon meringue pie .. my favourite dessert.. ohhhh you got me sooooo hungry just thinking about 😋😋😋😋😋😋😂
