Our son is coming over so, no, it's not too much food!

Tonite vegetable soup again

over the last 3 days I have had a variety of raw and steamed fresh veggies filling my plate. I added a protein to round out the plate, Sunday it was 1 oz. chicken breast, Monday 1 oz. turkey breast and Tuesday 1 oz. cod fillet. Cooked all of the meats in a small bit of No Salt added broth.
