    doing up pork loin chops with a crumb coating and baking them. It's for the guys work meals. I am still finishing up the roasted veggies I made on Sunday....strips of bell peppers, thick slices of zucchini, sliced white shrooms and snow peas. They go so well stuffed into a crusty bun...ahem, gluten free bun that is.

    We did a Costco run to Kingston today.
    Rotisserie Chicken, and pre-made salads for us tonight.

    Bad grampa is baby sitting first.
    So teaching grand daughters a valuable lesson...
