I did chicken sandwiches and my wife did salad with the leftover chicken from last night.
We went the whole weekend without heat in the house because our furnace motor went down. After 3 service calls starting on Saturday morning and a final bill of 400 dollars we finally have heat again, just in time for the weather to turn warm. At least if it ever warms up enough to need ac we will have that.

BBQ roasted chicken, potato wedges, and coleslaw from the Co-op. We have had the potatoes before, they are really good.
The chicken was good and moist, but missing that yummy crispy skin like on the ones we usually get at Sobeys.

My wife picked up just regular sliced ham yesterday so I am going to shoot out and grab some fresh buns and do ham and cheese on a Kaiser. I would buy them at a local pool hall i used to go to when i was a kid and have for some reason always loved them.
