Yesterday I put the Pork Lion in the Slow Cooker so we had Sesame Brown Sugar Pork Lion with Rice & Stir-Fry Veggies.

Sheet pan pancakes last night. Easy and I didn’t have to cook individual pancakes after a long day at work.

@harbie , this is exactly why we made a Dutch Baby the other night for dinner. The thought of standing there flipping pancakes was too much, where is the Dutch Baby I can just pop in the oven.

Mmmmm, cheesy, meaty lasagna. ( spinach and ricotta inside the layers too. )

I really wasn’t motivated to cook last night and desperately wanted Panago pizza but decided to make bucatini and a marinara sauce from scratch and added seasoned crumbled tofu at the end.

Right as I was on a roll the fire alarm went off!. I joked with people and told them that it wasn’t my cooking that set it off .

Apparently someone’s 3 year old decided to pull the alarm

I have a Beef Stew Simmering on the Stove, will add Potatoes & Carrots closer to serving.

I also have a Skillet Bread rising in the Microwave to be baked off in an hour or so.

I made homemade Shepherd's pie from scratch last night for dinner, and today I am thinking of a pot roast.

I have Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken in the Slow Cooker right now, this will make a nice Chicken/Lemon Sauce I will serve with some Leftover Pasta we have in the fridge. To add that Veggie element to meal I will cook up some Broccoli.

I played sandwich artist tonight. I made veggie loaded subs with guacamole and every veggie I could think of. Dh loved it and said I had a new career if I wanted

Last night was supposed to be a one pot Shrimp and Orzo dish but I did not take the shrimp out and I do no like quick defrosting it so instead we had:
