    I am thinking something Mexican for dinner tonight, I just need to come up with something that won't up the side too badly (although right now everything seems to set it off). Maybe Chicken Fajita Bowl Bake.

    Tonight we are ordering takeout dinner for one from my favourite Chinese place-which really ends up to be dinner for two as it is enough for both of us-for $14.95.

    ...I have chicken thawing, so will remove the skin, score and marinade with a blend of herbs, spices, ketchup and green onion and bbq later...and probably roasted potatoes & Caesar salad

    Company most of the weekend, so busy busy.

    Friday was Kabobs, Mango Salad, beans & rice and bacon wrapped asparagus.

    Saturday my friend's mom made us "Indian Tacos". I had never heard of them, nor tried them before.
    They were awesome, I suppose I will have to get out to a few more powwows.

    Tonight back to just me, so working on leftovers.
