@Newfiescreech oh golly, your poor aching back.....we all can identify with that. Glad you have recovered somewhat to return here and join us in the chat. It's about time your weather gave you a reason to cheer as well.
I slept off and on from the start of the game till when the signal cut out from the rain....right in the 9th it cut out!
Anyhow, I'll probably be up all night now.

So....I'm watching the Jays ( up 2-0 now ) and in between I flip over and see the Argos are playing Winnipeg!!



They are down 13-0 but it will be much higher ( for Winnipeg ) by the end. They are laughable....kind of breaks my heart, remember when they won the Grey Cup in 2017??

Husband just went out to get supper.
I have been having nausea these past two days, so I have eaten because I have to, not because I want to. Hoping some borscht will suit me - the diner we get it from makes it themselves and it's pretty darned good.

Been another busy day and I hope everyone has a Good Friday and weekend. Tomorrow I have a couple short workouts to do and I’ll see what else because it’s supposed to rain. See you all around here Friday.

Argos came back from a 20-0 score to tie it in the 2nd or 3rd quarter....but stoopid Winnipeg just got another TD in the 4th.

Hello my friends!
Busy day- Spent 2 hours rewriting a couple's marriage ceremony. Took BrotherR to the bank, did a bit of grocery shopping and then after supper went to meet with a couple that I will marry in October.

The bride said she thought I was coming last Thursday but I am sure that I told her that I would be going away last Thursday.

It went well.

Then went to buy a new booster cable for my tablet. @Lynn49 - if you happen to find my other one, maybe you can mail it to me- but no hurry. I really needed to access stuff on my tablet, so I bought a new one.

So I got home about 9. Took the Tooter for a walk and fed her. Now I'm watching a recorded episode of "In Between."

Pooped.

Just wondering what everyone thinks. I’m going to share my eating plan for Friday. This is for accountability and it keeps me on track to try and plan a day or 2 ahead. And yes I’m mostly vegan but eat a few eggs.

Breakfast
Homemade Chia pudding with strawberries
1 carrot
2 boiled eggs


Lunch
1 yves vegan lunch meat sandwich with tomato slices
2 carrots, 2 celery sticks


Snack: Organic Strawberries


Dinner
1 yves vegan sausage
Brown rice
Chickpeas
Cucumbers


Snack:
Homemade Chocolate nice cream with granola, raisins, peanut butter, bananas


1/2 cup wasabi snack mix

Working from home today. There's a little tickle in my throat...so I hope it's not going to get any worse over the next few hours and into the weekend...
