I went to Canadian tire to return a few items and then got a credit of 3.38 as the snippers I bought were cheaper this week

Then popped into Walmart spent $48 stocked up on oatmeal,also got 4 axe deodorant and shower gel I paid 1.46 each plus p.m to freshco flyer for my pears and plums.I had a new cashier that didn't know what she was doing she wanted to change the price of the axe deodorant instead of using the manufactor cpn ,so I gently tried to tell her anyway she ran over to service desk and came back and said "wow this button is great"the cpn button ,maybe she didn't get enough training but anyway she overcharged me on my plums so went to service desk

Did 2 loads today and my sister-in-law is coming over for a tea (my younger brother's ex-wife) he is no longer in my life which I don't wish to get into but she is

hi ceil -yes my sister-in-law gets everything free for a month thru rexall,then my nefew said not to purchase it as he will look for the best deals as he has amazon prime and a costco membership ,yes a therapist has to come out before the bath rail is put on and the apartment is providing that free.Y es some therapy visits will be happening and a nurse ,not sure for how long .H e was not able to come home this week as they changed his meds ,so keeping him one more week

my mom got alot of stuff off costco for when my dad needed it... much better prices then anywhere else she said.

so.. for those who know the area i am in... the Indepenedent ... is working very hard to be coupon friendly. i got a bunch of great coupons. and there were full tear pads everywhere. . i will update my list tomorrow.

also i handed the cashier 9.75 worth. not even a blink of a eye.. all processed. easy peasy.
i asked and i was told.... everyone is fully trained to make couponing easy.
LOVE IT!

yes.. i only shopped the sales... that store tend to be high in price. lol

i also got 9100 pc points. and stayed under budget


so did well.
came home.. hit home hardwear. got what i needed there.


the funeral earlier ... was ... ok. we didnt stay long.. did our condolances. and left.

Good Evening Everyone,
A bit of a long day at 6:30 this morning our neighbours were packing up vans (they might be moving) and were in no way shape or from trying to be quiet about it. It was more like we are awake everyone else should be too.

It was a super long week, I ended up in meetings everyday so I went to work all day was in meetings and then came home and worked more to stay on top of everything.

The only shopping we did this week was a quick in and out at Zehrs, they had Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent on Sales and I had a Points offer so when I combined the two, I could pass up the deal. Also grabbed Ice Cream, Body Wash, Miracle Whip and Rye Bread, they were all on sale. I find Zehrs super expensive but this week they had few good deals.

Since we did not shop this week, well a proper shop there were a few things we needed today. I tried to talk Mom into grabbing them since she was working and normally if she has a day off she tells me I can go to the store since I am out anyways. Well apparently that only applies to her, apparently if it is my day off and she is working it is again easier for me to go since I have nothing else to do. I will post later what I got as my receipts are in the other room.

I could not face another Saturday of working all day so around Lunch time I went grocery shopping and then went I got home I went through the fridge to see what needed to be used up. I have done some light prep and some cleaning.

Now it is time to get back to work, I have to write a training plan for 2 different positions and my week is already filling with meetings so better to get it done now. Hope everyone has a wonderful evening.

Despite writting the good adress I never got my sample of daisy so sweet by marc jacobs perfume even after rewritting I did not get it no I am still waiting...huh so frustrating maybe something happen between the shipping and my adress??? Top box circle seems to be a hit or miss for me..so deceived...

@gisel dta did the Independent have the dove men coupon. I can’t find it anywhere and I have three men, so I could ask my mom to go in and get some for me. I did find the Barilla eventually.
I remembered to use my 30.00 gift card from a recent Canadian Tire promo but there was nothing I needed or wanted so I spent it all on laundry soap. It’s the 1st time I have bought soap in almost 18 months. I was down to two jugs so it was good timing.

Sobeys shopping trip took me longer than expected. I had to get rain checks of 6pk Coke, Armstrong cheese, and Old Spice Deoderant. Still came up with $100 for the bonus Air Miles. I redeemed a couple rain checks.
$10.24 in coupons, 105AM.

Hi all. Finally home. Has been a great but busy past few days.
Our trip to Tobermory was great. I swam at the Grotto despite the freezing cold water but glad i did it was beautiful. We got lots of great pictures.
Live music Friday night. Sat night was Yuk Yuk's and hotel stay at casino. We had apps after the show and breakfast tis morning there. I had free slot play that expired yesterday and managed to be able to cash out $225 to take home with me so filled up gas on way home 102.9 there and 111.9 at home. Picked up a few groceries this afternoon. Kitchen is clean and laundry on the go. I took chicken out but think i will cook up tomorrow.
Check pc pt offers. Today i have one for tomorrow. Redeem 50,000 pts or more get 40% back. At SDM. May stock up on leadbetters burger patties.

I managed to get the laundry dried on the line before to short rain showers we had in the late afternoon. Did a quick trip to Costco today for a few things but not a lot spent on groceries this week. Younger son is spending the week at grandma’s. He is our one picky eater so we will do at least one dinner out. I also have that SDM offer of spend 50000 points get 40% back but I don’t think there is much I need.
