    Tonight is clean out the fridge of leftovers night. Making chicken fried rice (use up the cooked chicken and rice).
    There is romaine and some bacon to cook up. So Ceaser salad.

    no frills have beef on sale plus we got 200 points per $1 spent on beef so i got a big one, will slice some for lemongrass vermicelli noodle bowls then marinate the rest for vietnamese beef stew and french bread tomorrow

    It is my grand daughters third birthday today and my daughter is hosting the party. I believe she is ordering in pizza and I am sure the obvious choice for dessert will be cake and ice cream. There will be a lot of people there so I am sure it will be a lot of fun

    Tonight we actually get to eat dinner together, so I am making a Beef Roast using one of the Roasts I got on sale last week and I will also makes Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Still decided on what veggies to make but we have a Bean & Carrot mix in the freezer I might use.
