    Yesterday was a celebratory supper so prime rib steak with baked potato, creamed spinach, mushrooms & onion, etc, not thinking I took out a beef roast for the slow cooker so beef again lol going to have hot roast beef with fries & green peas

    Still using up packages from the freezer of blade steaks that were 40% off. Another delicious stew. Made some into a meat pie naturally. DH was so funny, just could not wait until everything was done and snuck a small slab of the tender steak, shoved it into a bagel and ran away downstairs!

    @KelJo our local trick or treaters were told to stay at home..... I think? Cannot see anyone on my street willing to hand out candy at their doors.

    Tonight we will be making Homemade Chicken Fingers and have not decided on our sides yet, thinking either Oven Fries or I could make Sweet Potato Fries since I have 10 lbs of Sweet Potatoes. Will probably have a Salad on the side to add some veggies.
