    Just put in the slowcooker - simple supper of onions, carrots, potatoes, and chicken thighs with lots of garlic and Italian spices.

    Last night was beef stew which I just need to heat up as I made it on the weekend.

    Tonight is still up in the air, but thinking pork chops, if mom can find them in the freezer (I cannot remember what freezer I put them in and I am not home to look for them).

    Prawn and scallop jumbalaya is in the slow cooker. I'll serve it with a little bit of rice, cauliflower, and a green salad. I'm just waiting on DS to finish making his Dixie cornbread so I can start making/baking some raisin scones for DH to have with his tea tonight.

    It's been a busy week here so I've done a few dinners like lasagna roll ups, hot and sour soup, chicken/curry( a basic white sauce with curry powder), fried rice with edamame beans,corn and scrambled eggs. I'm not sure about tonight.....maybe the butter chicken I have in the freezer???? I need some inspirational ideas
