Tonight was Breakfast for Dinner, Boiled Egg Sandwich with a side of All Dressed Chips.
I wanted to BBQ again but it looked like it might rain any moment so I decided better to be safe and go for a quick easy meal instead.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Well I made it till today! Did not have to cook anything Sun-today, the guys are taking the last of the pasta in for work, there is still a half pot of chili and plenty of fresh steamed veggies in there for when they get home. Later tonight or early tomorrow I'll rev it all up again and make a few meals ahead again.

^oh, wolfie!
Confession: I so badly wanted a Whopper and fries, but it was not to be. Haven't been able to afford takeout food for ages!
I made a giant pan of fried potatoes, had it with bologna I cut in strips which was sauteed with onions and grated carrots.
Simple peasant food, but oh so wonderful!

found a pack of very lean lamb loin chops with a $5.00 off sticker on it at FreshCo today. I went there for the rainbow Trout fillets, but they only had 2 packs left in the bunker!! ( the guy said no more in back either....geesh 1st day of the sale too )
So had lamb with boiled cabbage, carrots and beets. Still managed to squeeze in a dessert with my remaining calories.

Did pork patties in the oven (Co-op ones, they are good, a tad spicy for me); pasta cooked with mixed veggies, made a mushroom sauce for it.

Ham and potato salad. Not usually a fan of it but it was really good today.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.
