I had some macaroni and cheese for dinner tonight. We baked cookies this afternoon so nobody felt like eating anything big. They were too full from sampling cookies.

I cooked rice with meatballs in a mushroom and veggie sauce. The meatballs were ones that we precooked and froze. I cooked a white potato to turn into another new baby food for our twins. Our 3.5yr old son and I baked oatmeal fruit and peanut bars this evening with the 6 month old twins in the kitchen with us.
I chopped extra celery and onion to help me with the prep for tomorrow's lunch plans. Home made ground beef soup with some pearl barley, veggies, and tomato base. Dh doesn't like cooked tomatoes very much, or home made soups, so I know that I will be eating most of it myself. I might freeze some do that I don't get to tired of it.
Tuesday's supper depends on what I feel up to by the end of the day. Might be raid the fridge leftovers. I might turn the end of the pork roast into a veggie stir fry with egg noodles. Or I might cook up the last of the red potatoes from my garden and turn it into shepherd's pie. We will just have to wait and see.Last edited by Angela273; Tue, Feb 16th, 2016 at 12:29 PM. Roaster meal - chicken thighs and legs, potatoes, carrots, onions, minced garlic, dill, paprika, s+p, today I had chicken stock, but usually I just use water - I just put it all in the oven at 400 for about an hour, take the cover off and turn the potatoes over, roast open for another half hour. So simple but so very yummy.
Oh, kernel corn added for me.Last edited by Natalka; Tue, Feb 16th, 2016 at 06:56 PM.

Tonight's supper was no yolk noodles, boiled mixed veggies, leftover pork roast heated with pineapple tidbits and bbq sauce. Still some leftovers. I'm heading out for coffee with a friend soon, I don't get the chance to go out alone very often.
