    ..yesterday evening it was nice enough to BBQ, so I bbq'd chops & made rice and sauteed frozen thawed out kale from the garden with bacon, onion & garlic ...

    I made personal pan pizzas for us tonight, one chicken, pineapple and peppers with Alfredo sauce and 3 loaded meat and veggie pizzas. My dough felt a bit heavy but we will see once they are out of the oven, don't know why I try new recipes when I have one that I have used for years.Live and Learn!!

    Tonight I made Korean Beef over Rice and Asian Veggies to use up some rice, mushrooms, and zucchini we had in the fridge.

    Both were new recipes, they were okay but do not think they will get added to the rotation.

    Dessert was Cheesecake wontons I make to use up some wonton wrapped, these are a huge hit.

    DH enjoyed something called a Perogie Burger at a place near Orono, Ont. He said it actually tasted like he was eating perogies! Funny how mashed potato, cheese and sour cream slapped on top of a patty can fool ya! I want to try making some of these just for a hoot!!
