I just boiled some perogies, then added melted butter. Had no sour cream, so I used parmesan cheese which worked out well.

Dinner did not go as planned tonight, it is Hot and we have no AC so I was going to BBQ but it has been pouring rain so BBQing was out.
As well my boss emailed me a manual at 3:20 this afternoon that has been revised and updated by 10:30 tomorrow morning so I am working away and still have a couple hours to go.
So Pizza it is, we have a free pizza with the local pizza shop so Mom will pick that up on the way home.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Tonight's supper plan is dry fried pork chunks, angel hair pasta with home made garden tomato sauce, and cucumber slices.

was up very early, so pressure cooked the beans I had soaked last night, got the veggies ( onion, carrots, celery, bell peppers ) diced, burger was thawed. Did up a roastpan of chili for the guys.
That will be for a few meals for them.
Roasted up the butternut squash, sauteed my herbs/veggies ( basil, onion, celery ) then " everybody into the blender! " for a velvety soup. I have to limit myself to 1 large mug at a time, otherwise I'd have no tummy room for anything else....ha ha
Was happy to use the low hydro rate while the oven and elements were on ( all done before 7 a.m. )
