    Last night I used up some leftover pasta from the fridge and a bag of pasta sauce from the freezer which I baked in the oven with a garlic bun.

    Tonight, not sure yet it is Mom's day off so we will see
    2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

    Tonight probably a breakfest for dinner since I have bacon that need to be use or maybe chinese rice with shrimps and kami sauce!

    Last night we ordered Burger from the local Burger shop, so good but you have to go on a slow night as they will not take phone orders and they are not quick with orders. Last time I went it was a Thursday night and take out orders were taking at least 45 minutes. Last night was about 20 minutes and we were the only people there.

    Tonight thinking there is some leftover stir fry in the fridge will make up some rice and have that.

    Sounds so good! I’ve never made egg rolls but my gf who is Chinese makes amazing ones....I love going to her home for dinner...she is such a good cook!
