Beef tortellini soup

Homemade beef barley soup and crusty bread.

Chicken , red potatoes, carrots,green beans, corn and Diet Pepsi

This afternoon I will roast a large picnic ham. We will have hash brown casserole, fried hash browns for our kids, raw garden carrot sticks, cauliflower, and cucumber.

We still have leftovers to deal with (Peameal and roast beef and rice)

I think as soon as I get home I will toss some hashbrowns in the oven. Then I will slice up the peameal and make eggs and toast.

After dinner is done I will make chicken fried rice with the leftover rice (I have cooked chicken in the freezer for this) I also have frozen peas, celery and carrots. I will package in single serving containers for DS. He will get one in his lunch for sure tomorrow with a chicken wrap.

...lots of leftovers from yesterday, put some in the freezer for a later date...so leftovers and a grilled cheese with ham & gouda

Tonight was stuffed green peppers and garden salad

Baked porkchops with lots of garlic; veggies in a roaster - potatoes, onions, carrots, celery

We also had pork chops... a la Shake & Bake. Sides were mashed potatoes and peas.

My wife went north to make sure our place there was ok and got held up and there is only one stuffed pepper left. Looks like it is mine and there is still some salad left as well

..made a casserole: browned pork chops in some EVOO and S&P, in a baking dish added sliced potato, onion, sliced mushrooms, carrots, garlic, thyme, S&P, topped with the chops and poured a mixture of cream of mushroom soup & milk over the entire dish and baked for an hour , it was delicious!
