Going to the Local Resort to celebrate Oma's 90th Birthday. We are in a private room so will be ordering off a set menu, not sure what the set menu is but I believe we have 5 or so options. I am sure it will be wonderful we have gone here for many family and work events and the food is always wonderful.
2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

..leftover beef & broccoli with rice and there was a leftover chicken breast so made a quesadilla with lots of cheese, onion & tomato from the garden & salsa & sour cream

I made a pot of homemade soup with double smoked farmer's sausage, white beans and veggies-smells good. I think I will make some irish soda bread to go with it.

Last night we ate boiled fresh red garden potatoes, pan fried turkey breast (previously roasted and frozen), baby cut carrots, and free garden cucumbers.
