Flamingo Chicken Brochettes with Bistro Chinese Fried Rice and a tomato and onion salad! And for dessert, well my daughter phoned and told me she found this Italian bakery (not pastry shop) and they have these little donuts that she said resemble timbits but arent timbits because they are Italian. I Have no idea with she means but anyway, they are going there this afternoon (really going out of their way because its like 3 towns away, so the donuts must be good) and she asked if i wanted a dozen so since they are going i said ok. Im waiting to see what they are like.

Also its sons b-day (he is 42) so i told her to get a dozen for him also. We are doing a drive-by later this afternoon. So will give it to him then. Sad we cant all get together. This is b-day number 2 and 3 more to go this month plus Mothers day.

We have decided on Homemade Pizza for dinner, since we had Salad for lunch we may just have pizza for dinner.

Pizza will be topped with Mushroom, Onion, Pepperoni, Bacon, Cheddar and a Sprinkle of Parm.

chicken leftover from yesterday and made a pizza Friday and there was pineapple leftover so made pineapple rice, a hamburger, tater tots in the airy fryer and an egg roll lol

Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. And for dessert, some of those donut thingies that my daughter bought yesterday. they are bigger than timbits but smaller than Grandperes.

Last night we had bbq'd burgers and pasta salad. My guy makes the best pasta salad!!
