I am busily making a curried butternut squash and coconut milk soup-just invented it and hope it will be tasty along with hubs homemade bread.

It'll be chicken adobo again! The 3 of us just love it. Over a bed of DH's famous pineapple rice! Fresh green beans lightly steamed to go with.

The guys prepped their own works meals for today. Sandwiches and a salad each, they say it's just too hot for anything else. I unsure of what I want for dinner later tonight.
There is still chicken adobo but no rice left. I might have to make more... hrmph!

Homemade ham and bean soup with homemade bread.

DH and I teamed up and are making 2 salads. A potato/egg salad and a macaroni salad. ( we had to use fusilli pasta, no elbow macaroni to be found in our cupboards ).
Not sure yet what cut of meat we'll have, maybe I'll pan fry the discounted thinly breaded veal cutlets I bought at Metro earlier today? What a fun shop that was ( for me! ) at 8 a.m.
Used up almost all of my AM!! Got $60.00 off the total bill.
With the AM programme on the way out there I wanted to redeem my points sooner rather than taking the chance I'd forget to do it.

Last night was lions mane mushroom, sweet potato and black bean grilled burritos. Yum! Mexican style is one of my fave foods.

Tonight I made bbq tofu steaks, Cajun roasted broccoli, garlic, cherry tomato and peppers with a garden salad loaded with cucumber,green onions,strawberries,apples and radishes.

we cheated! After traipsing to 2 different GT stores and coming up empty handed on an item I wanted we decided dinner would be spent at Wimpy's Diner.
Liver and onions for moi and a Jr. Burger platter for DH...he finally has come to realize that the larger burger platter is way too much food for him now.
He must be older cuz he's now wiser! ha ha

Last night’s dinner was Not Burgers on toasted whole wheat bread ( didn’t have any more buns), homemade macaroni salad.

Just made naan pizzas with mushrooms, caramelized onions, peppers and ground round with a Mexican spice and a few French fries so I could finish off the bag.
