What's For Dinner?

Pasta with meat sauce! Easy (pulled sauce from freezer) Perfect dinner for the snow we are expecting.
(Last year during the ice storm (we were without power for days) I heated up pasta with a muffin tin and tea light candles.

Tonight I am going to visit family for the night. Making us a Creamy mushroom sauce with chicken and pasta.

Whipping up a pot of cheesy cauliflower soup served with fresh bread.

Tonight I made a Steak (we split one) and a batch of Ricotta Gnocchi which I sauteed with Mushrooms and Onions in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce.

I also had a side of Cesar Cucumbers with crumbled pita chips.

Tonight I am making swimming rama served with rice.

Last night I made black bean tacos.
Leftovers for me tonight (apparently I am the only one that likes them)

For the guys tonight I am going to make eggs, potatoes fried with onion. Sausage I think I saw kicking around in the freezer.
I am on a mission to use up food we have and to make "cheap" meals.

Made a large cold pasta salad for our dinner with that stuff they call " Sea legs ". I only love real crab legs but
atm they are priced out of my league. Added diced crunchy veg, the zest of a lone lemon, grated carrot, black
pepper and mayo.

Left over turkey on a wrap with a few fries and warmed up gravy.No potatoes as i gave them to my daughter to take home with most of the turkey,my son took home half of a left over lemon pie .Always sharing .

Sweet potato, ground turkey and a heap of fresh steamed cauliflower.

DH and DS are heading back to work after 3 weeks off......so DH cooked up a Butterball frozen Turkey Breast roast, boxed Stuffing and cooked carrots for a couple of work meals.

Tonight I am making cabbage roll casserole. All the taste of cabbage rolls without the work. Especially as I am using shredded coleslaw mix for .94 cents on Flash food this morning. Gotta love a meal that is all in one dish-the 8x8 casserole will easily feed us at least 2 days.
