I made beef stroganoff last night and it was delicious. There's plenty left over which is great because we're going to the movies tonight and I won't have to worry about making a quick meal.

Change of plans.
Tonight was WW pasta with meat sauce with loads of veggies like squash, broc, and cherry tomatoes I also used ground turkey instead of beef and had a HUGE side salad with Blue Jay peppers

We made beer-basted pork ribs last night, but by the time they finished cooking it was nearly 11h00! So ribs tonight with sides of pattypan squash, green salad, and green tea lemonade.
Most people take vacation to travel; I take vacation to cook
