Tonight I made a rice,brocoli,cheese and chicken casserole with a side salad. Fingers crossed it turns out

Had a company dinner tonight they took all the employees and there husbands/wifes out for dinner and drinks.
I had a Cesar salad to start and then I had the grilled chicken with lobster meat, shrimp and asparagus on top and a white wine tarragon sauce. Garlic mashed patatoes and green beans on the side. and I had a mojito! lol YUMMMERS

Tonight it was pizza, garlic fingers and donairs! I had several people offering to come home with me (I carried it home on the bus!).

Donairs always seem like a good idea at the time...URP.

I changed my mind again I made mexican rice(basmati with taco seasoning and cumin with black beans, corn, fire roasted tomatoes with chicken breasts

Tonight BF and I are making homemade gf pizza and Im gonna try making GF spring rolls

Tonight will be M&M bear paw burgers with toppings like cheese, avacado, and guiness bbq sauce (not all on one burger) and a fresh shredded salad on the side

I wonder how long it will be for us to finish all the FREE burgers we have?. Guess it's time for a family bbq

(didn't care for the Bearpaw burgers ......they have soy protein as filler ...... - only had 2 boxes to use up, thank goodness.)

last night was farmer sausage, the best ever corn on the cob, brocolli salad, and for dessert...banana bread with brown sugar & pecans on top.


tonight... more corn on the cob....just made some home made apricot jam.....maybe jam on soft bread with lots of butter...
