    Last night was lazy a night for me. I made Eggo's with fresh blueberries and raspberries cooked down to make a syrup and tonight is kinda the same. I am making baked potatoe soup in the slowcooker. I know it's not really a "soup" kinda day but it's easy and we will just eat outside on our deck

    Ah, we had hotdogs yesterday.
    Fridays are meatless here. We had cottage cheese perogies and scrambled eggs, then cherry perogies for 'dessert' - gotta use the cherries while they're nice! But sheesh, my shoulder and hand hurt from all that rolling and pinching!

    Tonight? It is spaghetti with ground chicken. I add my typical herbs (basil, oregano, bay leaf) salt, pepper, garlic, vegetables etc... and you cannot taste the difference than a sauce made with beef. Yum-yummy!

    Dinner tonight is BBQ burgers, potato salad, vegie tray, feeding 18!! Oh yah and beer lots of beer, that way nobody will care that I am not the best cook. DH birthday bash he chose parte' instead of gift, imagine that. LOL.

    DH is using the BBQ to make Chicken on a spit. MIL will be joining us so I'll have to think of what can accompany such a feed but probably roasted potatoes, veggies and something sweet. Maybe give her a NESTLE drumstick *LOL*
