I went way off my healthy eating plan this weekend. This morning I made the mistake of eating first, checking nutrition labels later. I thought that McDonalds breakfast burritos wouldn't be that bad if I just skipped the hash browns. They're 300 calories apiece (and yes, I had two)! :( Tomorrow, back to my egg white omelets (which are loaded with onions and mushrooms and taste just fine!).
Later we had some ribs early in the evening, then went to a birthday party where they had chili and ice cream cake. I did manage to drink only water, so all is not lost. Tomorrow is another day!
