Last night was homemade macaroni and cheese (special request by DH) and mashed rutabaga.
Tonight will be one of my faves: collard greens with fried eggs and cornbread
I am drooling right now just thinking about it!

I am planning on marinating prawns in white wine and garlic and serving over fettuccine pasta with a sauce made of butter, parsley and parm cheese
I made it in AZ and it was so freakin' yummy and easy. Oh ya and a side salad with it if the dog hasn't eaten all the lettuce

So tonights dinner is rib steak (my absolute fav. type of steak) with a package of Europes Best Veggies (mixed greens), rice as side dish & the cake just came out of the oven and is cooling to be iced with a nice dollop of ice cream (I love when ice cream melts over hot yummy desserts.

Come on over. As long as you don't mind some construction mess...... and sharing with Harley
He has always loved salad. The second I take out the salad spinner (or the cheese grater no matter how quiet I am) he's right there drooling! It's kinda good since he's on a strict diet to loose some poundage but the vet said he could eat all the salad he wants..kinda

OMgoodness Harbie - as soon as my dog hears the cheese wrapper she runs to the kitchen too. Actually i think she starts running when she hears the fridge drawer open - ever hopeful!!
If she snuck onto a bed for a quick snooze and hears cheese, then she squeaks until someone rescues her and THEN begs for cheese....or peppers, she really likes peppers too!Come on -Join me !Get Points, get Free stuff

Last night was chorizo rolls (Company's coming recipe, they are basically a rich biscuit dough with spiced ground pork, rolled up, cut and baked - most awesome!), and roasted potato wedges.
This morning I boiled pork ribs, so I just finished making a soup with that broth - with onions, barley, rice, potatoes, corn, peas, carrots, green beans and dill. Made two dozen biscuits to eat with it.
So tomorrow is easy - I'll make roasted ribs, potatoes, and a salad.
