Slaved away again. Made DH and DS some stuff for their week... chicken breast and green peas mixed into their Fettuccine Alfredo, Grilled up their hoagies ( those big sausagy/smokie type things), made up the sweet potato fries (2 bags from the freezer, lol lazy), fried up all the bacon that was defrosted, so their BLT's will be a snap to put together.
Separately steamed three types veggies, ( savoy cabbage, broccoli and carrots ) I will wait to see if anyone takes any along with their other food as the week goes on.
DD and I have some lemon chicken defrosting ( made a while back), new fried rice made for her ( she never tires if it! ) and I made mine just plain from the rice cooker, but stirred in sauteed onions.mushrooms, bell peppers, and thin sliced cooked chicken breast. The GF bread mix is going in the breadmaker.
Last night DD made a batch of GF brownies, guess she doesn't know Mondays are my weigh in day. ( lol)

Made a pot roast in the crock pot, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, roast potatoes and carrots. Also used the pumpkin that was outside for Halloween and made a pumpkin gratin, pumpkin mash with roast garlic and pumpkin soup.
Have enough left for tomorrow.
