    Realized this morning that there is 1/2 a pound of bacon in the fridge that needs to be used up. Today is NOT going to be a healthy day, food wise. (had poutine for lunch)

    For lunch I also made poutine using the mccains smile potatoes lol..just like I did a while back. Also topped it off with sauteed mushrooms.

    I don't like tomato soup lol Hubby does though! Honestly I don't like grilled cheese either. I just use so much ketchup that I can't taste anything else. I was feeling completely drained after a crummy grocery shopping trip with the kiddos... So grilled cheese it was!

    Pork Chops, Mushroom Sauce, Potatoes, Carrots and Onions. Love that it is all in one dish. Sprinkled Dill over top and baked for a couple of hours. Nice and tender Porkchops

    I made some chinese food last night. Was in the mood but I can make it so much cheaper at home. I made a chicken fried rice, a sweet and sour chicken and a beef with broccoli. It was pretty good too, even if I must say so myself....dh isn't much on what he calls stir-fry As you can see from his plate (and he ate every bit of it), that he really doesn't know what he likes







    These plates I show are always his plates, I could never eat a quarter of that, but it's easier to get his plate ready, take a picture, then set it at the table for him. Then get mine
