Realized this morning that there is 1/2 a pound of bacon in the fridge that needs to be used up. Today is NOT going to be a healthy day, food wise. (had poutine for lunch)

Pork Chops, Mushroom Sauce, Potatoes, Carrots and Onions. Love that it is all in one dish. Sprinkled Dill over top and baked for a couple of hours. Nice and tender Porkchops

Baked ham and fried rice - mushrooms, onions, carrots, broccoli stems and florets.

I made some chinese food last night. Was in the mood but I can make it so much cheaper at home. I made a chicken fried rice, a sweet and sour chicken and a beef with broccoli. It was pretty good too, even if I must say so myself....dh isn't much on what he calls stir-fry
As you can see from his plate (and he ate every bit of it), that he really doesn't know what he likes
