    Lucky me!

My #2 son made delicious hamburgers for dinner & I made a spinach salad.

I am still recovering from a visit to the Mandarin last night & numerous unnecessary trips to the buffet & then cramming in dessert made me feel comatose.

Well I am finally trying to make an on line recipe of Authentic Hungarian Goulash.
We have been waiting to buy Sweet Paprika, which is a very different Paprika apparently and the only place we found it was in a Polish Deli.
If it turns out delicious you may hear " yummy " sounds coming from Scarborough.
Hey user-id!! You were looking for table scraps? C'mon by! lol

Tonight I made baby potatoes, lemon cream sauce w/ dill, bbq salmon and sauteed kale, spinach, mushrooms in diced garlic and white wine It was so yummy!

For dessert I made waffle cake sundaes I used a boxed cake mix and used my new waffle maker. I topped with Chapmans vanilla yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and a touch of hand whipped vanilla whip cream

I was exhausted so it had to be something easy: Yves veggie hot dogs (oven baked), Kraft Mac & Cheese, kidney beans, corn on the cob, and tossed salad. No time to through it together and it was statisfying and tasty

    Photo op!

Ya, the Hungarian Goulash was a hit! We all like different versions of noodles for the underneath so I made everyone their choice.

Just finished in the kitchen, made for the weeks lunch/dinners. 3 large bread loaf pans of lasagna, chicken tenderloins on Fettucini Alfredo, 10 hamburger sized Falafels, Blue menu sirloin burgers, every veg I could find in my fridge, cut up and coated with olive oil, and roasted. Seems we are good to go.

I'm going to be spoiled for supper - my dear, sweet husband has agreed to make schnitzel (oh, happy dance!)! I'll make smashed taters, carrots and coleslaw to go with. (he doesn't multitask)

Have I ever told you how much I just LOVE this man??? I do! To bits!

Ok, so it's sad to get excited about food, but it's my FAVE!!!!!!!!
