Last night I made mini quiche and salad. Mini quiche were so easy to make; tenderflake tart shells cooked for 8 minutes at 375, taken out and bottoms gently pressed down. Then they were 3/4 filled with tiny cooked pieces of mushrooms, peppers, crumbled bacon, green onion and feta. Then a mix of beaten eggs and cream was poured over to fill shells. Back in the oven for 15 minutes and that's it!

This is what we had for dinner yesterday:
Homemade pizza, that is the kind my children like: green olives and cheese.
Husband and I had red onions, green olives and mushrooms as our toppings.

We did not go out for dinner
Came home sunburned and tired and thawed a whole chickhen ( got to love turbo defrost--my new microwave rocks!) mashed cauliflower and potatoes and steamed brocoli. So tired
. Tomorrow going to the In laws and again "don'tbring anything" I guess I will starve (watch everyone else eat
) until 11pm till we get home! Maddening!!
