Swiss Chalet tonight, probably just a quarter white with fries, eating far to much lately. Hubby will probably have a double leg dinner.

Last night I made chicken and mushroom Alfredo served over extra broad no yolk noodles. Had that with a big glass of milk.

Tonight's supper is a potluck, just before a meeting. I'm contributing my baked cheese loaf with crackers and French bread for dipping. A friend is brining a crunchy Asian noodle salad. I have no idea what the other people will be bringing.

We have to go out tonight so dinner will be on the run. We are going into a mass house clean up this weekend so I have a feeling there will be a lot of take out and eating on the run this week.

It may just be me for dinner tonight so I think I will make an omelette with rye toast. And then some power cleaning! We have a busy week so will plan the weeks meals tonight too and do a bit of prep I hope. I bought tons of peaches and may buy more (3 L for .99 cents) so will peel the soft ones for the freezer for smoothies.

Windy stormy and rainy here for the past few days, so the comforting pork chops in mushroom soup over rice is on the menu. Probably some green beans or peas for greens. All providing we have power although we have been lucky so far.

I think we are gonna catch a movie tonight, so might just have popcorn and treats or smuggle in a burrito or something. Now to decide on Minions, The Gift or Jurassic Park in 3D. I am really torn but as much as much fun as Minions will be, I am kinda in the mood for a freaky thriller.

We lost power this weekend in the wicked summer storm so we stood in line with what seemed like almost the entire city at A&W (all restaurants were beyond packed) we also went out on Sunday to Ricky's.
Last night I made a roast chicken dinner with stuffing, roasted veg, smashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. There's tons left over so I might do a creamy soup with some of the chicken and veg or turn the leftovers into a casserole.

Glad to hear you got your power back, We've been though that a few times. It is a really bad experience.
