Dinner tonight will be prepped while watching the Jays. Will dig some stuff out of the freezer! Thinking perogies will be good!

I had leftover chicken, potatoes, and carrots.
Husband will have leftover homemade pizza. I'm jealous.

I just cannot handle dairy anymore, even with taking medication. I got very ill after pizza Sunday.
I am not a happy camper. Til now I've been able to handle it with upping dosage, but no more. I'm so sad.

Tonight we had leftover fried perogies, spegitinni, Alfredo with chicken, mushrooms, and green onion from my garden. I added a fresh veggie platter that included organic garden carrots, cauliflower, and celery. LO ate lots, which was great to see.

Last night I made perogies, green beans and homemade meatballs. All pulled from the freezer and on the table in less then 40 mins. Not bad for no plan! Not sure what tonight will bring lol. I do have chicken wings that need to be used up so may pop those in the oven with fries, and serve with veggies and dip. Another game night dinner!

depends on how the Jays do......I might be crying into a bowl of butternut squash soup if the unspeakable elimination happens......or I could miss the meal altogether as I'll be dancing and cheering that they won!!!

Last night my boyfriend and I went to a local Somalian restaurant. We got huges tasty servings of soup, meat, rice, salad, a fruit drink, and a banana on the side. Not much for decor, but this was all for 11 bucks each, and I felt like I got a glimpse of another culture.
