Tonight will be Homemade Mac & Cheese with something we have not decided on yet. I am thinking maybe just a salad and make it a meatless meal.

My suggestion was a nap, not sure it will fly but hey a girl can dream. Realistically anything quick simple and easy will see what I find when I get home but my vote is on either Pulled Pork (in the freezer just need to reheat) or Sausages which just need to fry up.

A 10lb bone-in ham, probably 10lbs of scalloped potatoes, sweet potato homefries, corn.
(And I think this will be true of dinner, approximately, for a while lol)

Made on the stove tuna casserole - shell pasta (because I love finding surprizes inside some of them!), peas, carrots, corn, green beans, mushroom soup sauce, lots of garlic and pepper.

Earlier in the afternoon ( Sat ) DH was banging pots, opening and closing the fridge, freezer and cupboard doors plenty! Turns out he was making a " whatever " pot of soup. Whatever leftover veggies were still kicking around in the crisper, with a tomato based broth base. He always adds pasta too, this time spring shaped ( rigatoni? ) Mmmmm, soup is nice.
