    Football Sunday!!!--either leftover lasagna from the freezer or pork chops or scallops that thawed in the cooler and needs to be cooked..energy level is low zzzzzzz so might just be the easy lasagna

    steak, potato packets and brussel sprouts. Not sure whether to steam the brussel sprouts or try cooking them in butter

    Another option is to Roast them, oh so good roasted. I have not tried it myself but Sister-in-Law adds parm or asiago to hers when she roasts them near the end to make them extra crispy.

    Thanks for the suggestion @SassyAshley We will definitely roast them. I have a pile of parm cheese to use up that I found on clearance at SDM.

    Yesterday pan fried pork chops with onion, garlic, worcestershire sauce, S&P, etc and made an alfredo penne pasta with baby scallops...there's some pasta leftover so going to bake chicken to go with it ...
