The top five reasons to consider a dog as a pet include:

If only most humans were as easy to get along with, the world would be a much nicer place.

• Protection. Even the smallest of dogs will go out of their way to protect their owners. Providing an early warning system for company, unwanted or not, and even a little brute force on occasion, dogs can be wonderful for ensuring a safe home. In fact, in many cases a dog’s bark is more successful at warding off burglars than an alarm system.

• Joy. The simple fact of the matter is that dogs can bring a lot of joy into their owner’s lives. There is something incredible about coming home after a long, hard day to a wagging tail and a happy face.

Awwwww, nothing like a wet cat. I remember when I had to wash one of my cats. I think she got oil on her , she was a long haired cat. She tried to get out of the tub by clawing her way out and she got my in the boob and I swear the claw went right through and through the skin. That hurt.

He never seems to learn! The dog got into the tub, waiting for a cookie, then realized what was up. So the silly cat came in to see why she was in his room & I swear he was laughing at her. So...if he's gonna laugh at her misfortune, he'll get to experience it himself.

No one was traumatized by the bath, although the human needed a nap after removing fur from the floor, the walls, the ceiling.

He's not washing himself, he's drying himself off!
