Last night we had homemade pizza. I whipped up a batch of pizza dough, smothered it with tomato sauce added sliced onions, crumbled veggie burgers, sliced red onion and vegan parmesan cheeze. We had a mixed salad on the side with a raspberry poppy seed vinaigrette. We really need to go grocery shopping because it is slim-pickings in the house.

Okay sorry if I am hogging this thread but I love to cook

Tonight we had chickpea cutlets (chickpea and wheat gluten with other stuff), roasted local asparagus and baby potatoes and mixed greens on the side. It was even nice enough to eat outside.

those cutlets look really good! I'm not a huge fan of meat really don't like the taste at all...I do eat chicken and fish though but other then that I really don't eat much other then veggies when I move out I will probably be a vegetarian though cause I can't even cook meat the smell of it raw makes me gag LOL (yes everyone can call me weird if they want)
