yes, I see now about what happened with the glitch, but at the time I printed mine I simply logged out after I got one. Then did the same for my son. It was not until later in the day I read about people had printed more than one. None of us know what our friends really do, I just hope that save.ca has their system set up to catch anyone doing the fraudulent things. I only worry about what I do, lol!!

I do use 2 different mailing addresses for the ones they mail me as well ( for my son and us, which I was told was allowed ) but when it comes to these printable coupons because I just have 1 computer here, multiple printings done even if they are done under my 2 different email accounts will show up under the same IP address I think?? Just not sure.

I have trying to educate my 3 kids ( young adults) about the dangers of eating poorly more and more. I think they agree, but slip up when out with their friends.

oh for sure! Even my fav Filipino restaurant has take out and DH never eats anything from there as afterwards he gets pain in his feet and legs, he says that is MSG too, but I have no idea for sure. Whoever thought our diets would cause us so much distraction and careful planning, not like when I grew up, my parents plopped out a dinner, you ate it, that was it, no one discussed all the pros and cons, the fats, the calories. Geesh! It is exhausting. lol

I know the gluten free life has helped so many people with any kind of inflammatory ailments ( including me) so i know it does work. However, just be careful in the grocery markets, EVERYONE ( manufacturer's ) has jumped on this GF lifestyle and they are now packaging many over sugared, over salted, fat laden things, and then they say it's Gluten Free! like it is good for you. Just read the labels that is all.

hi, just read your 7:02 post in the Chorrella thread, man you really got a lot on your plate. I forget if anyone ever mentioned the gluten free thing to you? It sure sounds like many of your health issues would benefit from removing gluten, see a Dr and ask about it, Really simple change makes many of those things better ( eg: IBS, inflammatory conditions, for certain)
