My neighbours are amazing....they like to pay full price and don't use coupons so I collect from them inserts lol....
You should make a complain....
When I don't receive the insert in any flyer I simply call brampton guardian,my local community paper.if it happens they tell my husband to come to the office and grab a copy of your paper along with flyers and insert.
