we work the same shifts all year so we have a calendar that shows us our schedule but I've been doing it for 21 years now so its pretty good. We get lots of time off so its a good thing. Going to try skating today I pulled my hamstring 2 weeks ago at hockey so I've been stretching and doing physio to get itback to where it is today so we will see if I can skate with it or not yet. Only have two games left of hockey for the season so gotta get back in shape quickly

I have been sent emails with photos of the pierced Phreak Shows, so there is no shock. Meeting any of them in a darkened alley way would be a different story, though!

Hi. The pictures of the piercings didn't really disturb me, but I can't say I think much of people who do stuff like that to their body. I think they look bad and they can cause bad infections as well. I really don't think my daughter would get any (I'm very glad) as she can't even stand needles. To each his own I guess but I just don't get people thinking it looks good.
