Hi Tudor! TGIF!! all I did today was 1 physio, so I better not stay on here too much longer. Just popped in to say "yellow" lol

you are very wise. That is exactly what they gave me today at physio. A paper with about 8 different stretches to do 3 times a day, 10 reps each one. The massage girl was a masochist but she worked out so much of the "knots" I was pain free when I left there and I only got on here about 25 min ago to check emails, so I am not gonna aggravate it by staying on too long. wow, you trying to scare the pain out of my neck and shoulders? lol Just kidding. I been off the computer ( cold turkey) for 2 days and still this pain is so commanding. It is between the shoulder blades and my neck too. My first physio tomorrow, and a massage too. Hoping they can advise me on some stretches I could do at home, cause this sucks. Neat haunting series, I looked at a few other things there on you tube, 1 of a guy tobogganing with his kids, and he shows you if you go real fast you can end up on the roadway! Ya, that's something I wanna teach my toddlers to do. geez eh? ttyl Tudor.

I'm glad we help My dh also suffers from same thing. Are you on anything to help? Only problem is it makes you sleep alot, but then depression makes you sleep alot too, so you might as well feel better in between

Oh and I saw a post from Amber recently saying she was waiting for another shipment of magnets to arrive.

I got my magnet & my gift card for reaching the post counts plus one for winning one of the daily contests. Funny, I'm more pleased with the magnet than anything. I still remember when I did my 99th post and I mentioned about the magnet. It started a huge thing that the magnet didn't really exist and other people said it did...blah, blah. I realized after some time that they are sometimes slow to respond, so you have to be patient. Very patient.

A gal I went to Univ with is a public health inspector out there. She used to live in High Prairie, but I am not sure where she is now?

the sleep clinic didn't offer my co-worker any concrete answers, but she was glad that she at least tried it. She finally decided to retire early as it was messing with her ability to work. Hope you get better results, good luck.

I napped to long this aft, so that is why for me. sucks cuz tomorrow I will feel awful. Ever taken anything ( med) for sleep aid? I haven't, afraid of them kinda.
