Baked up 15 big fat juicy chicken thighs tossed with Mama Sita BBQ and bread crumb mixture. The aroma of late night cooking drives everyone crazy here.....ha ha ha.

I baked 1 dozen banana chocolate chip muffins and 2 dozen apple sauce muffins for LO. I freeze the extras so that we can pull them out as needed. He thinks they are delicious.

I have plans to roast a chicken and bake some cookies, will see how I am feeling later. I am 10.5 wks pregnant and have a bad case of all day sickness.

Yesterday i baked a Apple Cinnamon pie

I've been baking a lot lately. Dusted off my bread machine, inspired by a piece of store bought bread that after six weeks isn't moldy! Tonight I made cinnamon buns with this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Clone-of-a-Cinnabon/

The other night, DH asked if I could make something for a bake sale at his work, so I made these buns, but very small, and stacked them all together in a bundt pan. It looked terrific, but I was disappointed they sold it for $5.

I had some left over apples so i made an apple cinnamon pie again this morning. The other day i made Zucchini muffins.
