    You might have an intolerance to soy if tofu makes you gasy. You can try different types to see if they all have the same affect. It might take a little while for your body to become used to it as well. I was like that when I first became vegan and ate a lot of beans

    Thanks everyone! I boiled the beets (to hot to roast), and sauteed the greens in a little olive oil, with a lot of garlic. And no...I cannot take credit for the bread, my dear SIL is a baker at Super A...so thats where that came from today. But I can take credit for the dear darling doodle bug!
