    had some leftover roast beef , which i thinly sliced. diced roma tomatoes . grated old and mild cheddar. shredded some lettuce and chopped some green onions. drizzled some garlic cesar on it

    rolled it all up on a flatbread

    did i mention

    I haven't quite decided on meatloaf or shepherds pie tonight ... I've got a craving for the shepherds pie though and can stash a bunch of extra veggies into it with a dash of HP sauce and oh man ... i guess it's shepherds pie LOL.

    I really love this thread, although I haven't visited much before, the ideas I'm getting for "those days" when I have no idea what to make, are great!!
    Somehow I'm craving a pannini today....Thanks to 123edge and harbie!...so that's just what we might have...I LOVE that I can cook whatever I'm craving, lol!! Thank goodness DH will eat anything!
    Oh. If I have time later I might get to my butternut squash soup...While I dash out for serger thread soon, I might just ask DH to cut up the squash and start it boiling!
    Mmmm...yep. It's the butternut soup today....served with a 1/2 canned pear in the bowl...garlic bread...so good!!

    tonight will be a mushroom specialty have too many mushrooms and i dont want them to go to waste! sooooo its
    mushroom soup
    oven roasted mushroom with mozza
    the left over malatya kofte with rice and salad (i really need to learn how to make small portions lmao)
