I was going to make dinner but stupid bf brought me McDonlad's, it was good and I thanked him but would have preferred to cook something myself, even if they were hamburgers it would have been healthier

Went to a dinner paty tonight and they served Portuguese chicken, Portuguese rice, potatoes and salad. The chicken was probably the best I have ever had, so flavorful!

Just so you know GottaLoveFreebies, you can freeze cream cheese!
However, if you feel like making something - a cheesecake, either a baked one or a quickie one. Or a layered dip, maybe?

made dad uses cream cheese in his Beef Stroganoff recipe for the Crockpot it makes it nice and creamy.
You could even cream your cream cheese I mean like put it in the mixer and add some herbs to make it spreadable for bread or bagels. Thats if you eat that kind of stuff.
you could even make a really good thick Alfredo sauce out of cream cheese for on top of some pasta...Live, Love, Laugh

Natalka - I have too much holiday baking for another cake but I do LOVE them! I made dips and am all dipped out too. Am hoping to find a casserole or something to make. I have 4 bricks.....went a little overboard onthe sale with my coupons!!! I read that freezing it does not do so well...have you tried freezing it? Thank you for the ideas!

what about some sort of baked macoroni and cheese using the cream cheese it would make it really rich but would taste great either way...
