I baked some cinnamon buns the other day. They weren't good though I think the dough was freezer burnt or something Oh well I still have my free Pillsbury coupon I'm going to use today. It won't be from scratch but I love Pillsbury

Just baked a small roast yesterday.

This is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing.
ALL decorations and writing are in colored chocolate.

Yesterday I made trail mix bars to take with us on our road trip. I mixed marshmallows, corn flakes, bran flakes, dried wild blueberries, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dried apricots, and mini m&ms together in a pot and then pressed all of the mixture into a baking pan and cut them into squares. They are really yummy!

The last thing I baked was a pasta/vegie/cheese casserole from a flyer.

Friday I made gluten free vanilla cupcakes Mmmmmmmmm Ok they were from a pre mix but still I baked them! LOL
SO moist (which is not a word u find next to gluten free haha) I added some choc frosting and bf had no clue until I told him they were gf!

I am going to make cookies from a mix lol! but they are presidents choice decadent chocolate chip cookies so I can't wait!

I baked some Pilsbury chocolate chip cookies (not as good as my homemade LOL but still YUMMY)

The last thing I baked was homemade bread rolls. The recipe was from Nigella Lawsons "Feast" and they turned out great. I really want to try baking my own bread and rolls once in a while for fun.

BLUE BALLS...

I made a cake for my bro, but it was too small (in my eyes) so I crumbled it up....melted chocolate and toffee and mixed it into the cake and then rolled little balls (golf ball sized) Then I dipped them in blue chocolate.
They are DELICIOUS!!! New addition to my site in the "NAUGHTY Goodies"
